Was dich bei uns erwartet!

  • After successful customer onboarding, you and your team will be the first point of contact for our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle for all inquiries about our software products
  • You advise and act as a sparring partner for companies on changes and optimizations to their HR processes - and provide sound and pragmatic support in optimally mapping these with d.vinci
  • Continuous development: You learn continuously - both about technical solutions within and beyond our software products, as well as about HR processes
  • You collect feedback from our customers about our products and processes and discuss this with our product development team - thus making an important contribution to the constant improvement of our offerings
  • You will point out in a friendly way when you discover further optimization potential in our customers' candidate experience and connect them with the respective d.vinci experts for our other products and services

It's a match!

  • You have successfully completed vocational training, alternatively a degree or come from the service sector, for example the hotel industry
  • You have professional experience in customer service, experience with IT or software (explicitly HR software) is a big plus, as is your affinity for technology and your interest in HR processes, their functions and workflows
  • Service orientation is very important to you; the customer and their concerns are at the centre of everything you do, and we always communicate with each other as equals. Our goal: We want to get a little better together every day and grow together
  • You have an eye for the big picture and think outside the box, because we are all about hands-on work. You are our voice to the customer - and also represent the voice of the customer internally
  • Even when there's a lot to do, you keep an overview and don't let yourself get flustered
  • One of your strengths: your friendly, authentic demeanour! Especially when it comes to communication, which mainly takes place in German, you can express yourself well and engage with your counterpart
